One of Anabatic Technologies’ main focuses is supporting the government in reducing the prevalence of stunting in Indonesia. The company actively conducts direct nutritional interventions for children to support this effort.
Anabatic Technologies is a registered provider of supplementary feeding (PMT). In the process, the company consults with doctors and nutritionists to ensure that the nutritional needs of children are met accurately and balanced.
Currently, the company is actively collaborating with Posyandu Patimura 2 in Kampung Dukuh Pinang, Bojong Nangka, Tangerang. Over the past month, the company has been involved in monitoring the growth and development of children in the area.
Posyandu Patimura 2 is the company’s focus because, according to data from Bojong Nangka Health Center in July 2024, 28% or 35 children registered at the Posyandu were experiencing stunting. This figure is the highest in Bojong Nangka.
“We believe it is important to pay special attention to this area as part of the company’s commitment to supporting public health programs and improving the quality of life for future generations,” said Camelia Suryana Bong, Head of Corporate Secretary of PT Anabatic Technologies Tbk, on Thursday (29/08/2024).
The company provides direct nutritional interventions to children in this area by participating in the nutrition care action program.
“Through this program, every week we distribute nutritious food rich in animal protein and vitamins, especially for children experiencing stunting. We hope that, in doing so, the stunting rate among children at Posyandu Patimura 2 will decrease,” added Camelia.
Based on the company’s monitoring results, children who received direct nutritional interventions have shown good growth progress. Anabatic Technologies is increasingly convinced that efforts from various parties, including the private sector, are necessary to create significant change.
Concern about stunting has also inspired employees. They participate in programs that the company regularly conducts with donations.
