Invitation General Meeting of Shareholders

PT Anabatic Technologies Tbk (ATIC) will hold an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders in Tangerang on Thursday, December 14, 2023. This EGM can only be attended and decided upon by the Company’s Shareholders.

The agenda is organized to obtain shareholders’ approval for the Company’s plan to conduct transactions that constitute Affiliate Transactions and Material Transactions.
