PT Anabatic Technologies Tbk (IDX: ATIC) held a public expose event, where key executives shared the company’s vision, progress, and strategies for continued growth and innovation in the rapidly evolving digital ecosystem.
Harry Surjanto, President Director of PT Anabatic Technologies Tbk, began with the company’s refreshed direction. He emphasized that the company aims to be a central player in the ecosystem, particularly in today’s fast-paced digital era.
Therefore, the company has defined two key missions for its future growth. First, Anabatic Technologies aims to be the top choice for businesses and end-users when it comes to digital solutions. Whether as a business partner or a service provider, the company wants to be the first name that comes to mind when thinking about digital transformation. Second, he mentioned people.
“We also recognize that talent is at the heart of success, the company seeks to attract the best talent in the industry and provide opportunities for employees to grow alongside the organization,” said Harry, last Monday (25/11/2024).
Expanding Business Focus
Anabatic Technologies has evolved beyond traditional product offerings of hardware and software to now focus on providing specialized IT solutions tailored to the specific needs of customers, aiming to enhance ability to serve end users more effectively. This shift reflects the company’s commitment to continuous innovation in service offerings.
The company operates with two key subsidiaries, KPSG Group and CTI Group and has seen solid performance, with a total revenue of IDR 4.5 trillion by June 2024.
With a focus on dynamic human capital and customer relationship management, KPSG Group presented Business Process as a Service (BPaaS) that provides business transformation solutions that drive modern talent management and enhance customer experience innovation.
“KPSG focuses on both customer experience and employee experience. Previously known for its call centers, outsourcing, and payroll services, KPSG has now divided its focus into two main areas: customer experience, including call centers, and employee experience, including payroll and other services,” he explained.
While CTI Group with their Cloud & Digital Platform Partner (CDPP) continues to dominate revenue generation across the group, Anabatic Technologies is focusing on expanding other areas, especially services, which are expected to show rapid growth in the future.
“In terms of cloud revenue, we see that it has not yet become the primary source of revenue for the company, its contribution is substantial in terms of services and recurring business. Similarly, the cybersecurity offerings, while not yet the biggest revenue driver, provide higher margins and have substantial growth potential,” he added.
During the Q&A session, Harry answered questions about the company’s strategic partnership with TIS Inc., a prominent IT company from Japan.
He highlighted that TIS is not a private equity (PE) or investor, but a strategic partner whose expertise and market reach would provide immense value in advancing Anabatic Technologies’s business in both technology and market access. This collaboration is seen as a long-term strategic alliance that will help expand footprint and technological capabilities.
The support from TIS is seen as an essential enabler for the company’s growth in the service sector. This partnership also provides a strong foundation for Anabatic Technologies to expand our service offerings and establish a robust growth trajectory in the coming years.
Anabatic is a leading public listed IT company in Indonesia that remains dedicated to empowering businesses through digital transformation and positioning as the go-to partner for IT solutions in the digital age.
