PT Anabatic Technologies Tbk (IDX: ATIC) officially introduced OGI as the new corporate values during Anabatic Town Hall August 2026, Friday (21/08/2026). The launch marked an important step in strengthening the culture and mindset that will guide Anabatic as it navigates an increasingly complex and rapidly changing business environment.
Held alongside the celebration of Indonesia’s Independence Day, the Town Hall began with a moment of solidarity for communities affected by a major disaster in Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT). In his opening remarks, Harry Surjanto Hambali, President Director of PT Anabatic Technologies Tbk, expressed his condolences and concern for those affected by the disaster, which caused significant casualties, injuries, and displacement.
The moment served as a reminder that businesses do not operate in isolation. Beyond the challenges faced by individual companies, society and the global economy are also experiencing significant uncertainty.
“Socially and economically, both locally and globally, we know that things are not doing well. It is not only us, the world is also facing challenges,” Harry shared.
From geopolitical conflicts and economic pressures to rapid technological developments, global events continue to create impacts that reach businesses and communities. For Anabatic, these challenges reinforce the importance of continuously improving performance while empowering employees to own their growth by navigating challenges in the dynamics of daily work.
Harry emphasized that every individual within Anabatic has a role beyond simply supporting the business. “You are not only supporters, but also actors in the business who have to contribute to our common goals,” he said.
This mindset became the foundation for the introduction of OGI. OGI represents three interconnected values; Ownership, Growth, and Impact. Together, they provide a simple yet meaningful framework for how Anabatic people are expected to think, act, and contribute.
The first value, Ownership, begins with having a sense of ownership over oneself. For Harry, ownership goes beyond simply taking responsibility for assigned tasks. It means understanding what we have, taking responsibility for it, and caring about the environment around us.
When people genuinely care about what they do, they are more likely to put their best effort into their work. Ownership therefore becomes the foundation of accountability, encouraging every individual to take responsibility not only for their own performance but also for the impact of their actions on colleagues, teams, and the organization.
The second value is Growth. Growth, according to Harry, is not about moving at someone else’s pace. Every individual needs to understand and maintain their own pace while continuing to develop.
“Keep your own pace and speed. Grow together. Because we are a business organization, we have to grow together,” he explained.
Individual growth is important, but it becomes more meaningful when it contributes to collective progress. As a technology company operating in an industry defined by constant change, Anabatic needs people who are willing to continuously learn, adapt, and develop their capabilities.
Growth, therefore, is not an individual destination. It is a collective journey. When people grow together, the organization becomes stronger, more agile, and better prepared to respond to changing market demands.
The third value, Impact, brings the first two values together. Growth alone is not enough if it does not create meaningful results.
“There has to be a result. There has to be meaning. That is our common goal. If we grow individually without thinking about others, there will be no impact,” Harry added.
For Anabatic, being impactful means ensuring that every effort contributes to something meaningful whether for customers, colleagues, the business, or the wider community. It is about asking not only what we do, but also what difference our actions create.
Through Impact, Anabatic encourages its people to look beyond individual achievements and consider how their contributions can create sustainable value for the organization and its stakeholders.
The launch of OGI represents more than the introduction of a new set of corporate values. It is intended to become a common foundation for how Anabatic moves forward. As the Company continues to strengthen its capabilities and pursue new opportunities, Ownership, Growth, and Impact will serve as a guiding framework behind its strategies and actions.
The message is particularly relevant as Anabatic enters a new phase of growth. In an environment where businesses must continuously adapt to global uncertainty, technological disruption, and changing customer needs, having the right strategy is only part of the equation. The organization also needs people who are willing to take ownership, continuously grow, and create meaningful impact.
Through OGI, Anabatic is building that mindset from within. Own what you do. Grow together. Make an impact that matters. These three principles mark a new chapter for Anabatic, empowering everyone to actively shape the company’s future.
