Job Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a reputable university
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Corporate, Commercial, or Litigation Legal. Experience in a law firm is an advantage
• Good understanding of Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Contract Law, and basic Litigation procedures
• Strong ability to draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements
• Able to provide practical legal advice on commercial transactions and day-to-day business matters
• Experience in handling litigation cases or coordinating with external legal counsel is an advantage
• PKPA certificate is preferred
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
• Willing to be placed at Graha BIP, South Jakarta
Job Description
Managing commercial agreement and other legal documents, conduct legal research and provide legal advice or opinion, assist in handling litigation matters, ensure company’s compliance to laws and regulations, also support corporate legal administration
