Requirements
– Should be currently enrolling in Bachelor’s Degree with any major
– Must be able to provide Surat Keterangan Magang from University
– Willing to work full time for 12 month period internship
– Willing to follow company policy (full time working days and working hours, etc)
– Have interest in administrative fields that require Microsoft Office skill
– Strong interpersonal, communication & team player
– Willing to work mobile in office (Graha BIP, Gatot Subroto, Jakarta Selatan) or outside office (Warehouse), both in Jakarta and Tangerang
Job Description
Observing business processes in Supply Chain Management (Purchasing, Warehouse, and Import), providing input for improvements in Supply Chain Management, and being willing to work in a mobile capacity for operational tasks. Creating reports for monitoring inventory, distribution, delivery costs, import, and purchase orders (including service level and fulfillment), as well as being able to handle projects such as SOP development, sales and operational planning, or forecasting.
