Responsibilities :
  • Coordinate internal resources to ensure the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Manage projects through all phases – project initiation, requirement gathering, analysis, design, development, integration and testing, implementation, project closing, and post production support - With a proper sign off for each phase
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Report Project Progress and Cost Tracking periodically
  • Familiar with software implementation
  • Minimum Bachelor degree in IT, information system, computer science, management information system or related field
  • Minimum GPA 3,00 (scale 4,00)
  • Faniliar with software implementation
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as Project Manager for IT projects
  • Have a minimum experience of five full-cycle Project Implementation Operate Subscribe Core Banking System
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, Project+ certified is advantage
  • Banking background or knowledge also preferred
  • Have MS project application knowledge
  • Required skills : strong leadership to manage project team, good negotiation skill and analytical problem solving skill
  • Have Infrastructure Knowledge
  • Experience in Infrastructure project
  • Have project management knowledge
  • Willing to be processed (of recruitment) in Gading Serpong, Tangerang

Responsibilities :
  • Actively manage and follow up all project documentations from Team
  • Ensuring all hard and soft copy project documentation is well organized as per Organizational Standard Operating Procedures & policies.
  • Provide highly efficient general administrative support to Project Team
  • Assist Project Manager in term of project documentation and coordination
Requirements :
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • Minimum GPA 3.00 (scale 4.00)
  • Have experiences in Project Administrator / Project Management Officer
  • Have experience in Banking Industries
  • Understand Project Management, proficient in Ms Office s/w.
  • Experience in handling project documentation, time management, and administration skills
  • Experience in MIS Project
  • Ability to keep excellent records and maintain audit ability status at all times
  • Good communication in English both oral and written
  • Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail
  • Having good self motivation and able to work as a team
  • Able to work under required time and pressure
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill and teamwork player
  • Willing to be located in Jakarta & Gading Serpong
