Responsibilities :

  • Provide support for Corporate Secretary and Legal Division in preparing, revising and finalizing legal and written documents
  • Research and identification of relevant content (legislation, court decision, legal writings and all governance related documents)
  • Filling and maintaining legal data room
  • Properly review, proofread and assist with any materials, including documents, reports, memos, briefings, presentations, forms and other items ensuring accuracy and completness
  • Manage communications and correspondence (phone, voicemail, email, mail), responding when needed, bringing action items forward to appropriate individual's attention
  • Manage calendars including scheduling/arranging meetings, booking meeting rooms, and sending invitations and reminders, when needed
  • Arrange couriers and deliveries ensuring time-sensitive material is received on time
  • Additional ad hoc tasks as needed

Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree in Majoring Law (preferable) or any related background with minimum GPA 3.00 (scale 4.00)
  • Min 2 years of work experience as a Legal Staff
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

  • Resilient, able to perform effectively and calmly in a pressured environment to meet the required dealines
  • Self-directed and able to work with minimum supervision, as well as team work, and with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Fluent in English both oral and written

Resposnibilities :

  • Assist BOD and other managerial staff.
  • Manage executive’s appointment and schedules and make travel arrangement to make best use of their time.
  • Maintain the executive’s special/ strategic projects.
  • Handle confidential information and maintain the security of the executive’s records and files.
  • Perform other administrative tasks using independent judgment and discretion.
  • Plan, organize, and schedule own workload so that these activities are completed accurately and on time.
  • Activities may include preparing documents and presentation materials; screening and responding to incoming correspondence, inquiries, and phone calls; drafting letters and official information releases; arranging and attending meetings; taking and distributing minutes.
  • Setting up and maintain filling systems.

 

Requirements :

  • Min Diploma in Secretarial, Mass Communication or equivalent.
  • Minimum GPA 3.00 (scale 4.00)
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required this position.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Required Skills: Computer, Good English
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Secretarial/ Executive, Personal Assistant, Receptionist, Customer Service or equivalent.
